Why is there a once-off setup fee?
The setup fee covers part of the initial work required to build your website, including planning, design,
development, website configuration, testing, domain registration and launch.
Instead of paying the full cost of a website upfront, the remaining cost is spread across affordable monthly
subscription payments.
What does my monthly subscription include?
Your monthly subscription includes:
1. Secure website hosting
2. Website maintenance
3. Security monitoring
4. Software and plugin updates
5. Technical support
6. Content updates according to your selected package
This ensures your website remains secure, online and professionally maintained.
Is my domain name included?
Yes. Domain registration is included when your website is launched.
Annual domain renewal fees are billed separately to keep your domain active.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If your subscription remains unpaid after the payment due date and applicable grace period, your website
and related services may be temporarily suspended.
Your website will be restored once all outstanding subscription fees and the applicable reactivation fee
have been paid.
Is there a contract?
Yes. All Website Subscription Plans are offered on a 24-month agreement. This allows us to keep the setup
fee low while making professional websites affordable through manageable monthly payments.
Can I move my website to another hosting provider?
Yes. Once you've completed your subscription or exercised the Buy-Out Option, you may transfer your
website to another hosting provider. Brainergy Marketing Solutions can also assist with the
migration if required.
Can I buy my website before my contract ends?
Yes. You may exercise the Buy-Out Option at any time during your subscription. The buy-out amount is
calculated based on your package's standard retail price, less the setup fee and subscription payments
you've already made.
How long does it take to build my website?
Once we've received your signed agreement, setup fee and all the required content, our typical
turnaround times are:
1. Starter Website: Within 24 hours
2. Business Website: 1 to 3 business days
3. Advanced Website: 1 to 7 business days
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes. As your business grows, you can upgrade to a larger package at any time. We'll migrate your website
and add the features included in your new package.
Can I use my existing domain name?
Yes. If you already own a domain name, we can connect it to your new website. Where necessary, we'll
assist you with transferring its management to Brainergy Marketing Solutions for the duration of
your subscription.
Who owns my website?
Brainergy Marketing Solutions owns the website and manages the domain name during the initial
24-month subscription period.
Once you've completed your subscription term, or exercised the Buy-Out Option and settled all
outstanding fees, ownership of the website and administration of the domain name can be transferred to
you upon request.
Can I cancel my subscription early?
Yes. You may cancel before the end of your 24-month term. Early cancellation requires settlement of your
outstanding contractual obligations or payment of the applicable Buy-Out Amount.
What if I need additional changes?
Each package includes a set number of content updates. If you need additional changes or new features
beyond what's included in your subscription, we'll provide a separate quotation before any work begins.
